How long are picnics?
2 hours, but additional hours are available for a small hourly fee.
Do you offer food or drink options?
We provide still or sparkling water in all of our packages and some of our packages also include a grazing board. We also provide add on options for grazing boards and some sweet treats! If you don’t see what you like, feel free to bring your own!
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely!
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the rest is to be paid is due 3 days before the event. Payments can be made online. Zelle is also accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. You can cancel your event up to 7 days before your scheduled event. If you plan to reschedule, you can give notice up to 72 hours before your event.
What if there are weather issues?
We get it—South Florida weather can be a little unpredictable! That’s why we always recommend having an indoor or covered backup plan, just in case. Once your picnic is booked and the deposit is received, we’ll send over a contract with all the details. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we require at least 6 hours’ notice to reschedule. We’ll work with you to find a new date within 14 days. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
